first blog....

Here we go...
As suggested by my friends and family I am going to TRY this blog thing to chronicle my life abroad in the United Arab Emirates here...
I leave on the 26th and as of now I have said goodbye to many friends and family. For those of you who know me well that means lots of tears and Kleenex. I will miss you all but maybe this will help us remain close until my return.
